Return Policy

At True North Cannabis Company our return policy applies for 30 days from date of original purchase.

• Original purchaser must present valid sales receipt.
• Cannabis and accessories must be in original unopened packaging.
• Accessories must be in “new” condition – we can not accept used merchandise.
• Only regular priced items may be refunded – Sale items are deemed final sale.
• All returns must be processed through the originating store location.
